Join our PPG
The Village Surgery Patient Participation Group is an online forum where you can voice any thoughts, suggestions or concerns regarding the practice and have a direct voice with the management team of the practice. The practice will also use this forum to post any news and updates which patients can then comment on.
To sign up please register at www.myppg.co.uk. You will need the practice name and postcode (The Village Surgery, NE23 6US) as well as the practice code (A84030) to register.

Make a Complaint
We understand that we may not always get everything right and, by telling us about the problem you have encountered, we will be able to improve our services and patient experience.

Complaints can be made by completing a Patient Complaint Form (click here to download), or should you wish to make a complaint on behalf of a patient you can complete a Third Party Patient Complaint Form (click here to download).
These completed forms can be e-mailed to [email protected] or returned in surgery to a member of our reception team.
