This is an online forum where you can voice any thoughts, suggestions or concerns regarding the practice. To sign up please register at www.myppg.co.uk. You will need the practice name and postcode (The Village Surgery, NE23 6US) as well as the practice code (A84030) to register.
Please note the PPG is not part of the complaints procedure therefore we request any complaints are put through the usual practice complaints procedure.
